SUMMARY:Journée d'étude | Conflits\, enjeux économiques et changements institutionnels
DESCRIPTION:Face aux conflits récents (armés ou non)\, les actions entreprises par la communauté internationale pour y limiter les conséquences drastiques\, en termes de vies humaines et de destructions économiques\, demeurent insuffisantes. Ceci-dit\, et de manière contre-intuitive\, les conflits (guerre interétatique\, guerre civile ou révolution) ne sont pas toujours forcément « négatifs ». En plus de constituer une forme d’accumulation de richesse\, les conflits armés peuvent être considérés comme moteur du changement institutionnel. L’objectif de ce workshop est de mener\, sous une perspective théorique et appliquée\, une réflexion approfondie sur le rôle ambivalent du conflit : appropriation et production de règles.
