DESCRIPTION:© Mark Epstein\nFR \nSi les liens entre condition d’habitat et santé et le rôle central de l’habitat au moment de la vieillesse font l’objet de travaux de recherche depuis de nombreuses années dans différents pays et dans différentes disciplines\, les liens entre l’habitat des personnes vieillissantes et leur santé sont interrogés depuis quelques années. Ainsi\, depuis deux ans des projets de recherche ont lieu en place en Europe et en Asie. Des chercheurs travaillant sur l’habitat\, la santé ou le vieillissement souhaitent aller plus loin et croiser ses variables. Pour cela des équipes interdisciplinaires regroupant des architectes\, épistémologues\, sociologues\, géographes\, démographes étudient différentes échelles et temps de l’habitat tout comme les différents aspects de la santé. \nSuite à des d’échanges scientifiques avec différentes équipes de recherches travaillant sur la santé\, le vieillissement et l’habitat\, en France\, Belgique\, Japon et Suède\, nous organisons donc une journée de workshop en France\, dans les locaux de la MSH Paris le 30 juin 2025 regroupant une vingtaine de chercheurs et chercheuses travaillant sur 6 pays différents. \nCette journée est l’occasion pour les membres d’équipes de recherche et chercheuses aux questionnements similaires et aux démarches complémentaires de confronter leurs premiers résultats et de discuter les différentes notions et concepts mobilisés et développés. Ces échanges ont pour but de réfléchir et d’analyser les phénomènes communs et divergents observés dans les recherches en cours. \nLa matinée portera sur la discussion des concepts théoriques et notions développées par les différentes recherches. L’après-midi sera l’occasion de travailler sur les méthodes utilisées et de réfléchir à leur possible généralisation et limites. Nous partirons des différentes échelles de l’habitat : le territoire d’habitation ou le logement et de l’angle mobilisé par les recherches : le regard de l’habitant sur son habitat ou l’influence de l’habitat sur le bien vieillir des personnes. \nEN \nWhile the links between housing conditions and health\, and the central role of housing in old age\, have been the subject of research for many years in different countries and in different disciplines\, the links between the housing of ageing people and their health have been examined in recent years. Over the last two years\, research projects have been set up in Europe and Asia. Researchers working on housing\, health and ageing want to go further and cross-reference these variables. To this end\, interdisciplinary teams including architects\, epistemologists\, sociologists\, geographers and demographers are studying the different scales and timescales of housing\, as well as the different aspects of health. \nFollowing scientific exchanges with various research teams working on health\, ageing and housing in France\, Belgium\, Japan and Sweden\, we are organising a one-day workshop in France\, on the premises of the MSH Paris on 30 June 2025\, bringing together around twenty researchers working in 6 different countries. \nThis day is an opportunity for members of research teams and researchers with similar questions and complementary approaches to compare their initial results and discuss the different notions and concepts mobilised and developed. The aim of these exchanges is to reflect on and analyse the common and divergent phenomena observed in current research. The morning will be devoted to discussing the theoretical concepts and notions developed by the various research projects. The afternoon will be an opportunity to work on the methods used and to reflect on their possible generalisation and limitations.
